Suite 203 is on the second and therefore top floor of the Flamingo Lake Resort in Sotira, Famagusta district. 78.7 sq m of living space and a veranda of 22.3 sq m add up to 101 sq m. On top of that come a storage room of 4.1 sq m and a covered parking space in the building. The pool and gym belong to the building.

The roof garden lies directly above the suite, but it belongs to the building and is not a private terrace of the apartment: it is reached via the stairwell, not through the apartment. The hot tub and the fit-out are planned and not yet built — in the visualisation the hot tub appears to be set into the floor, whereas the model that is planned will be free-standing. The images show the developer's visualisation, not the state of things today.

It pays to be early.
The suite will be ready for occupancy in March 2027. Anyone who gets in touch now can pick their weeks — the flamingo season between November and March in particular is limited. There is no booking calendar yet: simply write and tell us which period interests you, and we will get back to you as soon as letting begins.
